HomeSchooling the High Schooler - From Transcripts to Garduation by Paul and Gena Suarez, compiled by Nancy Carter, Project Editor
This is a wonderful book. I have truly enjoyed reading it and ended up with a lot of great information when I was finished. As a homeschool mother of two high school age children, I can honestly say that HomeSchooling the High Schooler is an invaluable tool that we can use to help our children through their high school years.
HomeSchooling the High Schooler is a book with an emphasis on where your teens heart lies. It gives ideas for setting up a curriculum tailored to your teens needs.
In HomeSchooling the High Schooler, you will find articles written by homeschool teens, as well as articles written by homeschool parents. The information in this book covers everything from how to teach higher math and science, to giving special recognition to the teen when he/she graduates.
This books explains how to provide your teen with necessary life experiences, why it is important to keep records and make transcripts, how to use the job shadowing technique, how to convert extracurricular activities into credits, and so much more.
HomeSchooling the High Schooler is a wonderful book. I highly recommend it to anyone who is contemplating homeschool their teen through the high school years.

The book is easy to read, which is great with our hectic lives. You will here from people like Cindy Rushton, as well as from homeschool moms like yourself.
A few of the things that you will find in the book: simple ways to teach children to read, your educational philosophy, how single moms can homeschool, creatively teaching math and frugality.

This book makes a lot of sense. It explains how our bodies work when dealing with weight issues. It has a lot of great information, and is even a humorous read. I enjoyed it very much. The book tells about other reasons why we may weigh too much, offers tips and recipes, and so much more.
